Customers from every district meet annually to talk about products, learn from each other, share concerns and ideas with all levels of Take Two (programmers, trainer, sales) and actively set the development efforts for the following year. There is a good mixture of detail and high level sessions to ensure we are enhancing for now and the future. There are session strands for every type of admin position (board office: management & clerical, school: Admin, counsellors & clerical, Student Services, Maintenance: management & clerical).
Thanks to all who participated in CIMS 2008 proudly themed "I LOVE CIMS". The input was fabulous from all groups and we have left conference with boat-loads of new ideas for enhancement.
In the next few weeks, this site will be updated with Post-Conference follow-up. We have already added ability for users to download all of the session content (under highlights below).

Finance and Employee - 2 complete days (Wednesday and Thursday) with proposed site visit opportunity to Kelowna on Friday morning.
Student - 2 Days (Thursday and Friday). For out-of-town student, there is a site visit planned for Vernon on Thursday morning. There are also Thursday specialized sessions: late morning & afternoon sessions for Distance Learning and High School Forum and School Books afternoon sessions for clerical. Friday is the main day for all student related staff (counsellors, admin, clerical).
